I hold a bachelor's degree in nursing and am a registered nurse. Before joining Ambition, I gained valuable experience in medical roles within multinational corporations. My background in nursing has given me a strong foundation in empathy and problem-solving—skills that are just as vital in recruitment. I see a strong connection between nursing and recruitment—both are fundamentally about helping others.
