Account Manager, Health Care/ Medical Communication

Job description

My client is a leading healthcare & medical communication company, they are now looking for candidates with client-centric mindset to join their team as Account Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients, ensuring effective daily interactions
  • Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on potential opportunities to drive business expansion
  • Project Management: Lead project initiatives to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years in account management, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors
  • Proficiency in key account and client relationship management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English
