Team Secretary| up to 30K

Job description


Your Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist team members with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to designated the team, including diary management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage incoming correspondence and inquiries, prioritizing tasks and responding effectively on behalf of the executives
  • Assist with data entry and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation


Requirements and skills:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an admin or Secretary or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational environment
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and adaptive to new technologies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Discrete, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Proactive, resourceful, and committed to providing a high level of administrative support
