Senior Administration Officer 30k - MNC Retail

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with upcoming office relocation project.
  • Manage well-round office administration duties including office supply procurement and facility management.
  • Cover reception duties and handle incoming/outbound calls.
  • Support general admin functions including travel and on/offboarding arrangements.
  • Liaise with external vendors for office maintenance and event organization.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Administration Officer.

Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in administration; ideally from renowned MNC corporations.
  • High Diploma in relevant disciplines.
  • Experience in office relocation project is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding organization, time management and communication skills.
  • Good command in Chinese and English.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated with can-do attitude and high flexibility.
