Registered Nurse In-Charge (O&G/ Midwife)

My client is a leading health and wellness centre, they are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join their team as in-charge

About the role

• Act as centre in-charge to manage daily operations, ensure quality services are provided with high customer satisfaction
• Provide holistic postpartum nursing care to post-birth mothers and neonatal care to the neonates
• Supervise and lead doula staff, provide training to safeguard compliance
• Work closely across teams to enhance operational effectiveness
• Investigate incidents and complaints if any

Requirements

• Degree holder in Nursing, with a valid RN Certificate issued by Nursing Council of Hong Kong
• Registered Midwife is a big plus
• At least 3 years' experience working in Hospitals or Clinics, preferably in O&G department
• Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
