Regional Sales Manager

Job description

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strategies to achieve revenue targets in your assigned region. This is a key leadership role that requires a proactive and strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and retention

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed individual and team goals

  • Provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team to enhance performance and productivity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the responsible region

  • Responsible for P&L management

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing, product development) to align sales efforts with overall business objectives

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • Minimun 4-5 years of sales experiences, perferaly with regional exposure

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role with string track record

  • Sales-driven with strong business acumen and P&L management experience

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

  • Fluet in Cantonese and English
