Quantitative Market Research Lead, Consumer Insights
Job description
Job Responsibility
- Develop, conduct and lead quantitative market surveys using various means
- Gather data on consumer behavior, satisfaction, preferences and trends
- Translate results and findings into meaningful insights and generate reports to help optimizing sales and operation strategies
- Present market survey data to leadership on a regular basis
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consumer insights are integrated into business strategies
- Evaluate and implement improvements in the methods used for data collection and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communication, Statistics or relevant disciplines
- At least 6 years of experience in end-to-end complex quantitative customized research, preferably in travel and entertainment industry
- Extensive experience acquired from working in consumer insights or quantitative research departments at global research firms
- Expert in extracting and interpreting data, capable of merging diverse information sources to derive meaningful and actionable insights from extensive datasets
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in both oral and written English and Cantonese
- Solid skills in MS Office and data manipulation, knowledge in data visualization would be advantageous
