Personal Assistant to Chairman (Travel) 40k - Listed Firm

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide close personal secretarial support to the Chairman
  • Prepare brief and required docments for scheduled meetings and appiontments
  • Handle complex travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, accomodation and transportation
  • Organize and participate in meetings and events, including preparing agenda and presentation materials and following up on action items
  • Service clients and maintain good relationships with external parties
  • Accompany the CEO on business and personal trips when required

Requirements

  • 3 years supporting top executives, ideally in sizable corporations
  • Smart, flexible, responsive and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including English and Chinese
  • Good command in computer applications and Microsoft Office
  • Occasional travel is required
