Personal Assistant

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands.
  • Coordinate events and manage logistics.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Participate in social activities with clients to foster strong relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with high-end clients and government representatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Smart and presentable, with the ability to interact confidently with high-end clients and government representatives.
