Responsibilities:
- HR matters - HR system data updates, recruitment, orientation, attendance/ leave management, staff benefits, work visa etc.
- Assist in all round office administration, receptionist service, handling telephone calls.
- Liaise with relevant external parties on different projects, such as licensing application
- Perform other ad hoc duties when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in HR and Administration operations
- Well-organized, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works under tight schedule
- Professional, strong communication and interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindse
- Proficiency in MS office software and Chinese typing
- Ability to work in a diversified and team environment
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
