Office Admin | Up to 30K

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, maintain filing systems, and handle general administrative tasks.
  • Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage the front desk.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and assist with travel arrangements for executives.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Liaise with vendors and manage office-related procurement.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative, reception, or secretarial roles is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
