Office Admin (25k, 3.5-day work) - MNC Financial Firm

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Handle well-round office administration duties including office maintenance and front office duties.
  • Coordinate daily food and beverage deliveries with suppliers.
  • Liaise with external vendors for office maintenance and event organization.
  • Support event organization including internal events and client meetings.
  • Maintain and update documentation systems, both physical and electronic.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for incoming and outgoing calls, emails and enquiries.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments incuding HR support when required.

Requirements

  • 3 years in office administration, preferably from multinational financial firms.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Outstanding organization, time management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good command in Chinese and English.
