Office Admin

Job description

Responsibilites:

  • Payment & office suppliers management (stationery, courier, water dispenser, carpet cleaning, greenery, business cards & nameplates, file management, etc.)
  • Office & facility maintenance and repairs (furniture/appliance maintenance)
  • Office festival decorations
  • Support on office drinking water supervision and ordering
  • Access control setting and card issuing management
  • Support on collecting data of electricity consumption, travel mileage (if applicable)
  • Collect occupation rate

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • 1-year relevant working experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Good interpersonal skills, integrity, honesty, and hardworking nature highly preferred
  • Language Skills: English (can communicate), Cantonese (fluent), Mandarin (can communicate)
