Management Trainee (Legal) - Stable Industry

Responsibilities

• Perform regular risk assessments to pinpoint and address legal issues in the APAC region
• Examine and negotiate a range of commerical agreements
• Ensure company is in compliance with industry laws and regulations
• Work closely with external legal counsels, insurance providers and other parties
• Provide counsel to executives regarding legal and compliance risks, contributing to strategic corporate decisions
• Formulate and enforce internal policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in law or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge in industry practices, laws and regulations
• Flexibility to travel when required
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
