Intern (HR/ Property/ Hospitality/ Textile)

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • HR Intern:

    • Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
    • Support employee onboarding and training programs
    • Help maintain employee records and HR databases
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives
  • Property Intern:

    • Assist with property management tasks, including tenant communication and lease administration
    • Support property maintenance and inspection activities
    • Help with market research and property listings
    • Participate in property development projects
  • Hospitality Intern:

    • Assist with daily operations of hospitality services, including guest relations and event coordination
    • Support the management of hospitality facilities and amenities
    • Help with inventory management and procurement
    • Participate in marketing and promotional activities
  • Textile Intern:

    • Assist with textile production processes, including quality control and inventory management
    • Support the design and development of textile products
    • Help with market research and trend analysis
    • Participate in product marketing and sales activities

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates with a degree in a relevant field (HR, Property Management, Hospitality Management, Textile Design, or related disciplines)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks
  • Fluent in Cantonese and proficient in English and Mandarin
