Executive Secretary to MD 55k - Local FMCG

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide 70-80% business and 20-30% personal secretarial support to the Managing Director.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Managing Director.
  • Handle complex travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, accomodation and transportation.
  • Organize and participate in meetings, including preparing agenda and presentation materials, taking minutes and following up on action items.
  • Coordinate with company driver, assist with family events, appointments and logistics.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 12 years of secretarial experience and 5 years supporting top executive with a stable profile, ideally in sizable corporations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command in computer applications and Microsoft Office, including typing in Chinese and English.
