Executive Secretary to Board of Director 70-90k - Investment

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact and provide well-round secretarial support to the Board of Director.
• Organize and coordinate business events, including conferences, meetings, and client events.
• Handle complex travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, accomodation and transportation.
• Manage and maintain good relationships with high-net-worth external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments and assist in project coordination.
• Compile reports, prepare presentations, and screen correspondences.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Support ad-hoc personal matters when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suites, preferably in the investment management or financial services industries.
• Prior experience in client management, event organization, and project coordination.
• Outstanding organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including Chinese and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or other computer software.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
