Executive Assistant to Board of Director (Travel to PRC)

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide close personal secretarial support to the Chairman
  • Manage end-to-end business projects (from planning to evaluation) in Hong Kong and China
  • Maintain good relationship with government authorities, contractors and investors as well as internal departments
  • Prepare brief and required docments for scheduled meetings and appointments
  • Accompany the CEO on business and personal trips when required
  • Provide ad-hoc personal secretrial support when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in renowned university
  • 5 years supporting top executives, ideally with PRC project management experience
  • Smart, flexible, responsive and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including English and Chinese
  • Good command in computer applications and Microsoft Office
  • Frequent travel to Mainaland China is required
