Customer Service Executive
Job description
My client is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements
- Higher education (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in logistics and e-commerce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin is a big plus
- Proficient in Chinese word processing skills
- Immediately available higher preferred
