Customer Service Executive

Job description

My client is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues


Requirements

  • Higher education (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in logistics and e-commerce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin is a big plus
  • Proficient in Chinese word processing skills
  • Immediately available higher preferred
