Corporate Solutions Manager (MPF, Group Medical) - Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and brokers, providing support and guidance on MPF and group medical products.
• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the contract renewal process, negotiating terms and ensuring timely renewals.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any issues that arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate solutions, with a focus on MPF and group medical products.
• Strong understanding of the MPF and group medical insurance market.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Paper 1,2,3,4
