Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound service calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist clients with their insurance inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role within the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and call center software.
