Administrative Officer/ Secretary- Insurance 20-26k

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretary support to the executives - schedule meetings, manage the calendar and expenses. Ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and other documents for the executives as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and handle related logistics.
  • Process and track invoices, purchase orders.
  • Provide full range of general office administrative support to the department.

Requirements:

  • Solid working experiences of organizing workshops and overseas trips logistics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
