Administration Officer - Reputable Investment Company

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Oversee office operations and ensure a well-maintained and efficient work environment.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of office supplies and services.
  • Cover front office services when required.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in office administration within financial services, with a background in event and hospitality.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
