Account Manager (IANG welcomed)

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact point for the assigned client accounts and ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust
  • Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets by effectively converting leads into active members and leveraging opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
  • Effectively communicating the value of company's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and support to clients
  • Provide regular updates to clients and address any concerns or issues promptly


Requirements:

  • Preferably with bachelor's degree in business, life sciences or a related field
  • Result-driven individual, proven experience in account management or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience in managing HNW clients & entrepreneur mindset will be a big plus
  • Medical related knowledge is highly preferable
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for junior position
