Account Executive/Manager - Transportation

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Manage end-to-end quotation process, oversee the receipt, dispatch and transport of goods, prepare operational work orders and handle billing.
  • Tailor logistics operations to meet client requirements.
  • Address and resolve escalated client issues, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Share client feedback and challenges with the team for enhancements, and escalate concerns to management.
  • Handle documentation processes, respond swiftly to email queries and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
  • Client Services Executive: 2+ years of experience in customer servicing role.
  • Client Services Manager: 8-10 years of overall experience with 5 years of supervisory experience in customer servicing field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Good command in Chinese and English.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
