For roles with Ambition clients:

• The referral reward will not apply if Ambition has already had previous contact with the person being referred.

• The person being referred must be placed by Ambition.

• The referrer will only receive the reward once the placed individual has progressed in the role for a minimum of 3 months.

• The referral reward refers to both permanent and contract roles - contract roles need to be a minimum of 6 months.

• Ambition reserves the right to change the conditions of the incentive programme or referral reward at its own discretion.

• All recipients who receive the reward must sign an acknowledgement of receipt form of the reward.

For roles within Ambition:

• The referral reward will not apply if Ambition has already had previous contact with the person being referred.

• The referrer will only receive the reward once the hired individual has passed their probationary period.

• The referral reward refers to both permanent and contract roles - contract roles need to be a minimum of 6 months and the hired individual has progressed in the role for a minimum of 3 months.

• Ambition reserves the right to change the conditions of the incentive programme or referral reward at its own discretion.

• All recipients who receive the reward must sign an acknowledgement of receipt form of the reward.
