Vice President of Compensation and Benefit

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement the overall compensation and benefits strategy and programs for the organization.
  • Ensure that the compensation and benefits programs align with the company's goals and objectives, as well as industry best practices.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of competitive salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefit programs.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the organization's compensation and benefits remain competitive and attractive.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and business leaders to review and update job descriptions, job classifications, and salary ranges.
  • Lead the annual salary review process, including performance-based salary adjustments and bonus programs.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee welfare programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits, including relevant labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Monitor trends and developments in compensation and benefits practices and recommend adjustments or enhancements to the programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams and business leaders on compensation and benefits matters, including advising on job offers, promotions, and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed to ensure the effectiveness and competitiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits data, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing compensation and benefits team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.
  • Manage enhancement projects for HRIS


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in compensation and benefits management
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, trends, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent understanding of job evaluation methodologies, salary structures, and incentive programs.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other compensation and benefits systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good written skills in English and Chinese
