Trade Marketing Manager (Food)

Job description

JOB DUTIES

  • Formulate shopper marketing strategies and transforming brand objectives into GTM plans and BTL execution for various channels

  • Work with the brand managers to deliver activation plan

  • Develop and present trade activation programs to the sales team of assigned channels to drive sales and align with company strategy

  • Collaborate with vendors to create quality POSM/premium materials

  • Lead new product launch plans in coordination with cross-functional teams

  • Generate monthly reports, meeting updates, and execution updates for the brands

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree holder in Business/ Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in FMCG trade marketing, perferrably in food products
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in team leading position.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities and proficient data analytical skills
  • Proactive in driving initiatives and exhibits a growth mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building effective working relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
