About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Tester to support quality assurance for a major Oracle Fusion Financials ERP rollout at a leading global bank. You will play a key role in testing integrations between finance systems, middleware, and local/group platforms. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented tester with ERP experience to grow in a dynamic banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Execute End-to-End Testing

  • Assist in test planning, case design, and execution for System Testing (ST), Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Work with QA leads and finance teams to validate Oracle Fusion Financials ERP functionality, data flows, and reporting.

  • Help maintain test documentation, ensuring alignment with SOX and audit requirements.



2. Support Test Coordination & Data Preparation

  • Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure smooth test execution across integrated systems.

  • Prepare and validate test data for ERP and middleware components.

  • Track defects, report issues, and verify fixes in coordination with developers.



3. Ensure Compliance & Reporting

  • Follow structured testing processes to meet banking regulations (SOX) and internal controls.

  • Contribute to test closure reports and non-functional testing (performance, security checks).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 5+ years of hands-on testing experience, preferably in ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Financials, SAP, etc.).

  • Exposure to integration/middleware testing (Azure a plus) and test automation tools.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

  • Basic understanding of finance processes (GL, reporting, reconciliations) is beneficial.
