Technical Delivery Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and work collaboratively with vendor, Infrastructure and offshore development team to orchestrate the project activities.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Oversee execution and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, effectively communicating project status and facilitating solutions to any challenges that arise
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams to ensure seamless integration, migrating risk associated with system compatibility and performance.
• Lead cross functional teams, including external vendors, developers, testers, and operations staff to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders

Job Qualifications:

• Bacher's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. PMP/CSM or equivalent certification is preferred.
• at least 8 years of working experience in IT project implementation. Understanding in New Business and Underwriting process in Insurance industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding in end-to-end solution and third-party integration.
• Proficiency in project management software e.g. Jira and collaboration tool e.g. Confluence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and capable of overcoming challenges.
