Tax & Treasury Manager (new headcount)

Responsibilities:

• Tax administration in the relevant jurisdiction for various types of tax compliance, including profits tax, VAT etc
• Closely collaborate with various internal business teams, legal and finance department to ensure the alignment of tax strategies
• Identify and implement international tax planning initiatives for the Group covering income tax, turnover tax and transfer pricing policies
• Advise stakeholders on tax implications of business decisions and transactions
• Monitor changes in local tax rules and updating the company on their potential impacts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• CPA qualification
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in tax including corporate tax and transfer pricing background
• Big 4 and manufacturing experience is highly preferred
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
