System Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Develop technical specs for development in the D365 environment by analyzing and comprehending business needs pertaining to sales processes.

• Using.NET C# and Power Platform, create and execute bespoke solutions to automate and optimize end-to-end sales processes, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.

• To meet changing business demands, work together with stakeholders to collect input, resolve problems, and enhance the D365 system over time.

• In order to reduce downtime and interruptions in sales activities, offer technical assistance and troubleshooting for D365 apps.

• To make sure that produced solutions inside D365 are stable and dependable, do system testing, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.

• To suggest and put into effect creative ideas for process optimization, stay current on D365 developments, upcoming technologies, and industry best practices

• Keep thorough records of system setups, modifications, and improvements to support knowledge exchange and upkeep in the future

• Provide end users with training on D365's new features, tools, and procedures to ensure seamless adoption and optimize the advantages of system automation for sales processes.

Success will depend on:

• University degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

• Relevant certifications in D365 development or related technologies; expertise in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver successful projects; and proficiency with the.NET C# programming language and development tools.

• A thorough understanding of Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
