Supply Chain Manager (Sourcing Office | 45 - 55k)

My client is sourcing office for one of the market leading EU retail chains. Looking to enhance their global supply chain function, they are now in search of a Supply Chain Manager.

Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage global supply chain from origin to destination ports
• Ensure international supply chain by collaborating with factories, sourcing teams, forwarders and destination teams on shipment planning
• Collaborate with sourcing team on Inventory management and planning
• Monitor and manage 3PL over contract logistics performance / warehousing
• Monitor vendor's performance through various KPI report to ensure quality services
• Develop and implementing new system modules to improve supply chain efficiency
• Set up and develop new processes to cope with new business growth or changes in worldwide regulation

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder with at least 7+ years of international supply chain management experience
• Experience working with sourcing offices for retail chains is a MUST
• Strong forwarder and 3PL management experience is a MUST
• Experience with both strategic planning and hands on operation
• Independent, problem solving mentality, good communication and presentation skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
