My client is a steadily expanding sourcing office. Looking to enhance their supply chain function, they are now in search of a Supply Chain Manager.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain and shipping operations
• Collaborate with suppliers, internal stake holders (sourcing, product development), logistics vendors, and destination teams to ensure timely logistics planning
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient supply chain operations
• Utilize or enhance various KPI reports and analytical tools to evaluate vendors' logistics performance and identify areas for improvement
• Support the Supply Chain Director and global team on SOP improvement to further enhance company's logistics performance and cost effectiveness

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder with at least 8 years of international supply chain management experience
• Experience within a sourcing office or a trading company
• Experience working with suppliers or manufacturers in China
• Strong communication skills, responsible and problem solving mentality
• Strong command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
