Supply Chain & Logistics Manager (45 - 55k)

Job description

My client is leading houseware and lifestyle product company. Looking to enhance their supply chain function, they are now in search of a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee and coordinate global supply chain from supplier capacity planning, order placement, international logistics planning, and stock returns
  • Ensure suppliers and logistics vendors' performance with timely supply chain arrangements from origin to destination
  • Define and monitor relative KPIs to enhance supply chain processes and promote continuous improvement in planning
  • Collaborate with warehouse service providers to establish for all logistics functions including basic operation, pick & pack, labeling, stock take and data accuracy
  • Consolidate and manage returned stock with sales team for further resale plan
  • Serve as the PIC for relative product category and handle any supply chain emergency

To qualify, one must possess

  • Degree holder with at least 8 years of supply chain management experience
  • Strong experience in supply / production planning and inventory management
  • Experience with warehouse contract logistics would be an advantage
  • Proficient user of Excel (pivot table, vlookup)
  • Six Sigma / PMP holder would be an advantage
  • Once a week travel to China is required (same day return)
  • Good communication skills, open minded, outspoken personality
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English is a must
