Store Manager (Luxury Jewellery)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Job Requirement:

• At least 8 years of frontline sales experience in luxury brands
• First-in-charge experience is a must
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, good in English
• Strong in CRM, experienced in CRM events
