Service officer - up to 21K, banking

Job description

Job Responsiblities:

  • Handle disputes quickly and fairly while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Act as a skilled and knowledgeable contact point for customers, with the authority to resolve their issues.
  • Accept, investigate, and resolve complex complaints efficiently.
  • Respond to all customer communications promptly and keep records updated.
  • Ensure service level agreements are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with other teams to gather account details and resolve cases within the agreed time frames.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in handling customer request, perfreably from Banking / or Financial Institution
  • Writing skill in Chinese and English
  • Verbal Communication to customer in Chinese and English
