Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, market share and hitting sales targets. You will grow the business by identifying and acquiring new clients; maintaining a strong relationship and grow them into key accounts. You will stay updated with the latest market development and uncover new business opportunities in the market. You will work closely with various internal teams including product development, customer service, operation and legal to ensure a smooth operation and service quality deliver to clients is of high standard. You will prepare sales reports and forecasts and present to senior management team regularly on sales performance and market trends.
Requirement
- Diploma or degree holder in business related disciplines with at least 8 years of sales experience in the logistic and supply chain industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing new business internationally and achieving sales target.
- Solid knowledge in the industry and sensitive to latest market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Cantonese and English.
