Senior Regional Planning Manager (Consumer | 70 - 80k)

My client is global leading consumer brand. Looking to enhance their planning function, they are now in search of a Senior Planning Manager.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead a team of 7-8 subordinates to develop and implement regional demand and supply planning strategies to meet business objectives.
• Lead the demand forecasting process, utilizing statistical models and market analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align demand and supply plans
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the planning team.

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder with at least 8 years of demand & supply planning experience within the consumer sector
• Proven tract record of team management experience
• Experience managing China market would be a plus
• Experience with SAP and analytical tools such as Power BI would be a plus
• Good communication and stake holder management skills
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
