Senior Marketing Executive (Personal Care Product)

Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, implement, and monitor brand marketing plans in alignment with our overarching marketing activities, including above-the-line promotions (e.g., TV, print, digital), below-the-line promotions, B2B and B2C PR events, and more
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to secure sales and logistical support, ensuring the achievement of sales targets
  • Drive new product development efforts in coordination with teams across different regions to facilitate timely market launches
  • Spearhead a comprehensive suite of marketing initiatives for well-established personal care brands in Hong Kong
  • Partner with external stakeholders (e.g., vendors, agencies) for market research, creative/campaign ideation, and more
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and analyses on product performance and industry trends
  • Support brand planning and monitoring activities
  • Contribute to various ad-hoc projects as needed


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the personal care/FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify market trends and develop effective marketing plans
  • Excellent project management abilities to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, including advanced Excel skills
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
