Senior Manager, Project Management (Employee Benefits)

Job description

Our client is a leading insurer within the APAC region. As part of their expansion, a new opportunity has arisen for a project management candidate to join their team, focusing on Employee Benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on Employee Benefits projects
  • Work with different internal and external stakeholders as the main project manager and key contact for different departments
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communications between departments to improve on the business
  • Provide reports and insights for management to identify trends and pain points for improvement, and to support different business decisions
  • Support on other ad-hoc tasks within the team

To qualify, individuals most possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance project management
  • Experience in Big 4 / consultancies facing insurance clients will also be considered
  • Exceptional communications, analytical, and relationship management skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential
