(Senior) Manager, Deposits & Payment Product, Virtual Banking

Our client, a well-established virtual banking group, is seeking for a high-calibre product management candidate to look after their deposits, payment, and debit card business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop different features, and overseeing product strategies for retail deposits, payment, and debit card businesses
• Drive product development and enhancement to meet business objectives
• Analyze customer behaviours and be aware of latest market trends, along with deducing strategies of other key competitors to sustain continuous product portfolio growth and improvement
• Coordinate with different internal and external stakeholders, including Operations to streamline processes, Marketing to drive business growth, Risk and Compliance in ensuring the adherence of relevant policies and guidelines, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of experiences in product management within the banking industry
• Experiences in Deposits and/or Payment Products will be an advantage
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
