Senior Manager, Data Strategy

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the execution of data strategies across the bank, ensuring robust data governance initiatives are in place
• Operationalize capabilities to enable new business models, grounded in a trustworthy and compliant data governance foundation
• Coordinate and align expectations between data domain owners, IT, and analytics teams regarding data usage, quality, tools, and platforms
• Collaborate with data domain owners to implement the data governance framework and maintain the data catalog
• Coordinate the bank-wide data cleansing program with data owners to improve overall data quality
• Maintain a data quality dashboard to help data owners monitor data quality and address issues

Requirements

• Bachlor degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science and Computaer Science
• 10 + years of professional experience in data management, project management
• Banking and FS experience is a plus
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of data governance practices, as well as business and technological aspects of enterprise data management
