Senior Internal Audit Manager

Our client is a HK listed company. They are looking for a Senior Internal Audit Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of internal audit staff located in APAC
• Supervise internal audit subordinates in planning, coordinating and conducting internal audit review of material financial, operational and compliance controls of the global operations
• Develop risk management approach and control mechanism by benchmark with best practice
• Conduct project review on the setup of new plants, including but not limited to: review on procurement process, provide training on anti-corruption, monitor the progress of plant implementation, etc.
• Understood business information flow, identify key business and financial risk, evaluate adequacy of internal control procedures and provide relevant, value-added recommendations to the management
• Preform pre-implementation review on ERP system and provide advisory on the project management process
• Advise on the compliance of Listing Rule and Regulatory requirements on Corporate Governance Code and Corporate Governance Report

Requirements

• Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in risk management, preferably gained in FMCG, F&B or manufacturing industries
• Able to travel around for handle different project
• Strong understanding of internal control concept and risk assessment practice
• Proactive, detail minded, independent with good communication skills
