Overview:
The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Transformation and Change Management is responsible for driving organizational change initiatives and ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset and a strong understanding of change management practices to support the organization through periods of transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management Strategy:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies that support organizational transformation and enhance employee engagement.
  • Partner with leadership to identify change initiatives and assess their impact on the workforce.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers regarding change initiatives, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments to ensure a cohesive approach to change.



Organizational Structure Design:

  • Analyze current organizational structures and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement new organizational frameworks that align with strategic goals.
  • Ensure that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and communicated across the organization.



HR Strategy Alignment:

  • Ensure that HR practices and policies are aligned with the organization's transformation goals and overall strategy.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to integrate change management principles into talent management, recruitment, and performance management processes.



Project Management:

  • Lead and support specific change projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of change initiatives.



Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in change management and organizational development.
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance change management processes.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Sizeable and professional firm experience are highly preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR business partnering, change management, or organizational development.
  • Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and employment laws.
