Senior Finance Manager - OPEX

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for employees in Hong Kong
• Manage the payroll team and coordinate with HR teams
• Support on providing value-added analyses, including OPEX, CAPEX with recommendations on business decisions
• Managed the workforce plan for different projects and department
• Provide insightful reports and recommendations to management to enhance payroll processes and reduce errors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a payroll or OPEX function
• Experience in sizable companies is highly preferred
• Confident and responsive to changes and growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
