Senior Digital Solution Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Full Cycle Design and Deployment

• Manage the whole software development lifecycle, from conception to design, development, and integration to deployment and upkeep. Build full-stack solutions with high security, availability, and scalability by combining approved technologies with data pipelines, APIs, and backend systems.
• Create system architectures and optimize IT infrastructure, such as servers, networks, databases, and cloud services.
• Ensure adherence to pertinent laws and standards by implementing cybersecurity and data protection best practices across all IT systems.
• To guarantee best practices in software design, testing, and coding as well as reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems, conduct code and architectural reviews.
• Standardize technical documentation, describe process workflows, create frequently asked questions, and train different stakeholders.
• To spur creativity, keep up with the most recent developments in the field and new technology.
• Support the development of IT policies and guidelines, the hiring and distribution of IT resources, IT procurement, budget creation, and monitoring

Project Management

• Work with different stakeholders to comprehend IT needs and match technological initiativs with business objectives
• Oversee IT vendors on project status and timeline, which including projects like:
• Knowledge Based Project
• Web Chat/ AI Chatbot
• Web App/ Mobile App
• VM and Multi Cloud/ Hybrid-cloud Migration Project

Team Leading

• Oversee, coach, and develop software engineers and IT professionals while promoting a culture of cooperation, creativity, and ongoing development.
• Make sure the team is driven and prepared to meet business goals by coordinating team goals with quantifiable effects on KPIs and promoting technical excellence and ongoing learning.

Requirement:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline is required.
• Possessing a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification is advantageous.
• Certifications in machine learning and AI that are pertinent (such as the TensorFlow Developer Certificate)
• Working knowledge and abilities in Microsoft technologies, such as Azure and D365
• At least ten years of experience developing software and applications, with at least four of those years spent managing and guiding IT workers in a leadership capacity geographic dispersion and vendor administration
• Excellent knowledge of and expertise with cloud platforms (such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud), campaign sites, B2C websites, microservices, and other data center architectural components for self-hosted tools
• Experienced in online and mobile app development, having a background in IOT kiosks or devices, BI/Data Platform projects, online & Mobile App, Web Chat, and AI Chatbot
• Enthusiastic about research and innovation, knowledgeable about DevOps ideas, software engineering best practices, and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
• Solid understanding of Python, React Native, Node.js, PHP, Java, Javascript, and DBMS (such as MSSQL).
• Having shown expertise in AI/ML development, customization, integration, and large-scale deployment; familiar with AI frameworks and technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLP
• A cooperative team member with strong presentation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional teamwork abilities. Trilingual and bilingual language proficiency
• Agile project management skills, such as the ability to prioritize, multitask, solve problems, and operate under pressure.
