Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop Data-Driven Solutions: You'll handle analyzing and interpreting data to create new insights, products, and solutions that enhance business performance.
  • Maintain and Enhance Analytical Tools: You'll update existing analytical tools or models and develop new features to meet changing business needs.
  • Collaborate with Teams: You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals, to identify business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Data Visualization: You'll utilize tools like Qlik Sense, Tableau, and other visualization platforms to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Advanced Analytics: You'll leverage analytics tools, such as Alteryx, to extract valuable insights from extensive datasets and deliver data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Data Integrity and Security: You'll ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of data used across the organization, applying strong knowledge of database concepts and data governance practices.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical field, preferably within a consulting or corporate environment.
  • Extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in analytics and query tools like Alteryx.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques for interpreting large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling principles.
  • Proficiency in Python for analytical tasks and experience with tools like Spark is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English.
