Senior Associate/ Associate (Transactional team)

Our client is a leading professional services firm, they are now seeking a Senior Associate/ Associate to join their Transaction team for the expansion of the business.

Job responsibilities:

• Engage in full-cycle M&A deal, including screening, due diligence, financial modelling, potential valuation opportunities.
• Monitor progress and ensuring the compliance of both client's deadlines and statutory requirements
• Assist in dealing with other ad-hoc tasks, i.e. client enquiries, researches, pitches and presentations etc.
• Carry out financial analysis on investment targets to highlight deal related opportunities and issues and related recommendations
• Produce quality tailor-made deliverables to suit the needs of clients and lead discussions with clients on findings and recommendations
• Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients and other professional advisors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional qualification in Accounting (e.g., HKICPA / ACCA) or CFA certification is a plus.
• At least 1 year experiences in Transactional Advisory from CPA firm
• Can-do-attitude, detailed-oriented and good communication skills
• Good command in English and Chinese

Job offers:

• 9am-6pm Monday to Friday
• Hong Kong Island work location
• 15 days AL with medical insurance
• Exam support - study and exam leave
