Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry in Hong Kong.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
- A minimal of 8 years of proven sales experience in the engineering and industrial industry.
- Skilled in project and specification selling with a strong understanding of the process and dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) and Cantonese required.
